The intention behind Antenna Listening is to:
-
create and experience a process of communication that is transformational for both listener and speaker
-
reframe painful thoughts/experiences in the context of a listening that discerns deep truth from pattern
-
see into our blind spots, our unconscious biases and find freedom around them
-
expand both our capacity to find/set boundaries AND our capacity to experience one-ness

TRANSFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
Antenna Listening gives us the capacity to experience communication and connection in a radically different way.
In Antenna Listening we come to appreciate, simultaneously, the oneness of Self and Other and the space between self and other.
In this, we can see and unpack the subtle assumptions and misperceptions that have led us down slippery slopes of suffering. In this process, we feel our way back to freedom.

THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD LEADS TO LIBERATING REFRAMING
In antenna listening, we enter into a connection that is not a 'conversation' or an exchange, but rather a profound communing. Communication depends upon truly listening, and truly being heard. True communication generates profound transformation.

DIGESTING
When we are heard, we experience the value of deep connection with people who are potentially strangers. Through this uniquely formatted, structured connections with others, we digest undigested experience. We ventilate, discharge, and reframe painful thoughts and experiences that have held our attention hostage.
BOUNDARIES AND ONENESS
In digesting, we give ourselves back to ourselves, and find boundaries around what is real and what is unreal. We also give ourselves back to connection with others, and find new trust in others. Inside that framework, we experience our own value, and the value of connection. Simultaneously we develop a new capacity to allow others to have their own experience, which is a profound letting go. This letting to is a release of control which arises from the experience of connecting into our own true nature. This letting go is the foundation of healthy boundaries. Often quite immediately, we experience ourselves differently.
There are infinite options available to us all the time, but we tend to only see the doors that we always walk through… even if we know that the doors we walk through injure us.
